Board of Trustees

Washington Electric Cooperative conducts an Annual Meeting of Members each June. At this meeting members elect representatives to the Board of Trustees who serve three year terms. The Board of Trustees is composed of 9 elected members. These representatives establish the policies and rates under which the Cooperatives operates. This Board of Trustees also hires the General Manager who conducts the day to day operation of the Cooperative.

The Cooperative's monthly board meetings are normally scheduled for the Fourth Thursday of each month beginning at 9:00 am at the Cooperative office located at 406 Colegate Drive Marietta Ohio. The members of the Cooperative's board are:
